Refund policy

FELLOZÉ will accept returns of unworn items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.  Only US orders are eligible for the return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.  If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.  Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.  We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.  You can always contact us for any return question at info@felloze.com


Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. 

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Bodysuits, Lingerie, Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Orders shipped to customers outside the United States

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
